What we text
- People who ask us about care (on our website, by phone or in person): follow-up about the care options, pricing and benefits you asked about, and booking your free care assessment.
- Families and clients: care scheduling, caregiver arrival and visit updates, appointment reminders, account and billing notices, and replies to your questions.
- Job applicants: updates about your application, interview scheduling and reminders, offers and onboarding steps.
- Caregivers on our team: shift offers, schedule changes and reminders.
We only text about the care, job or service you contacted us about. We do not send texts from or for other companies.
How you sign up
You only get texts after you agree to them: by ticking the optional text message box on a form on angelsinstead.com (care quote, care request, contact, VA benefits, long-term care and job application forms), or by asking our office to text you. The box is never ticked for you, and agreeing is never a condition of buying care or of being hired. We keep a record of when and where you agreed.
How often
Message frequency varies with your care schedule or application, usually a few messages a week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We never charge for our texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more. To start again, reply START.
