1. What types of home care services do you provide?

We provide non-medical in-home care, including personal care for seniors, companionship care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, dementia care, autism support for adults, and 24-hour live-in care.

2. Do you offer care for seniors only, or for adults of all ages?

We support adults needing care of all ages, including seniors, adults with disabilities, adults with autism, and individuals who need help with daily living tasks.

3. Do you provide medical or nursing services?

Angels Instead is Licensed and Certified and will soon be launching our home healthcare services to provide skilled nursing care, from wound care, medication administration, physical therapy and post-surgery recovery. We currently specialize in non-medical personal care and daily living support, designed to help clients remain safely and comfortably at home.

4. Do you provide 24-hour or live-in care?

Yes, we offer both 24/7 continuous care and live-in care options depending on your needs.

5. Can you help someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia?

Yes. We provide tailored dementia care, with structured routines, safety monitoring, and activities that help maintain dignity and independence.

6. Do you help with transfers such as getting out of bed or wheelchair?

Yes, our caregivers are trained to assist with safe bed and wheelchair transfers, always prioritizing comfort and fall prevention.

7. What areas do you serve?

We serve multiple communities across Texas, including Houston, Spring, Tomball, Cypress Conroe, La Porte, and all Harris County and Montgomery County. We also serve Dallas and Dallas Fort Worth.

8. How quickly can care start?

Care can often begin within 24–48 hours after the initial consultation, depending on your needs and caregiver availability.

9. Is there a minimum number of hours required per visit?

We typically do have a 4 hour minimum hourly requirement, but we stay flexible based on the caregivers availability so families can get exactly the level of support they need.

Caregivers and Safety

10. How do you screen your caregivers?

We perform comprehensive background checks, verify references, and do drug tests to ensure every caregiver meets our standards in professionalism, compassion, and skills.

11. Are your caregivers trained?

Yes. Most of our caregivers are certified nursing assistants (CAN) and Home Health Aide certified (HHA). They receive ongoing training in personal care, safety procedures, dementia support, and other specialized care needs.

12. Will the same caregiver come each time?
